After 16 hours of driving on Sunday and then another 3 hours this morning (1259 miles), the Pontiac G6 rolled into the parking lot at the TPC of San Antonio at 9:45am. Kevin was playing in the pro-am starting at 11am. His flight was delayed this morning and he arrived just in time for the start. It was a good day, getting back to work and preparing for the week. After the pro-am, we finished the day with some range work and putting. We will get back at it tomorrow morning at 8am.
This week, I am fortunate to be staying at the home of Chip and Gay Saunders. They are members at Mimosa Hills in Morganton and they spend about half the year here in San Antonio. They are in Morganton this week, so I have the house to myself. With spending so many nights in hotels rooms, this is a great way to spend a week. It is now time to get some rest after two long days.
